Green Iron Herbal Tea

Iron is a finnicky sort of mineral. Necessary for the transport of oxygen across the body and therefore energy, yet in certain forms considered a heavy metal. Traditional supplementation techniques can be ineffective at best or overloading at worst. 
Lucky for us we have herbal allies that transmute unavailable iron into bioavailable forms.

Sencha green tea is a young and crisp green tea. A mild boost of caffiene is going to get you going while the herbal allies build energy for the long hual. The early picked green tea in a small ratio is going to prevent overstimualtion from caffiene, noticeable but not overwhelming!
